Returns/Refund Policy

Returns Policy:

All products can be returned within 30 days from purchase, and must be in original packaging in new unused condition. Return courier charges will be the customers responsibility.

Any faulty items will need to be inspected by us before we send a replacement.  Only products with a manufacturing fault and within the warranty period will be covered. Damage caused by the customer will not be covered. Return courier charges will be the customers responsibility. 

Shipping:

Flat rate national shipping charges  $5.00

Rural delivery $8.00

Delivery time between 1 - 3 days. Rural 2 - 4 Days

Any goods lost or damaged in transit, Wai Filtration will not be responsible for. We can lodge a claim on your behalf with the courier company.
